Bees collect and transport (back to the hive) bee pollen.  The pollen is a powdery substance produced by flowers.  It is collected off the legs of the honey bee as they enter the hive.  The pollen is then dried and bottled.  There are many health benefits. to a pollen regiment.  We always suggest to our customers they research products (like pollen) before starting a regiment.
